A clinic's hardest weeks are the ones when the feed goes quiet. Hiring is open, parents are looking for answers, referrers are checking who you are, and nobody has time to write a post.
Generic AI tools do not know ABA vocabulary or the ethics of the field, and they do not know which terms a BCBA would approve. Clinics also have less raw material to post and more rules around it. So we built one thing for one field.

Virida is made by two co-founders: one who builds the product and one who owns the clinical side.
Co-founder, Technical Lead
Software engineer based in Indianapolis, building software since 2014. He was CTO and technical co-founder of Vice ADAS, where he built the platform from scratch, and before that was Director of Engineering at CarrierHQ and a senior engineer at Carvana.
He builds Virida end to end: the AI that writes and designs each post, the approval and scheduling flow, and the infrastructure it runs on.
M.A., BCBA, LBA
Co-founder, Clinical Lead
Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Indiana Licensed Behavior Analyst, based in Indianapolis. He began working in ABA in 2014, with children and young adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities, in clinical, residential, and community settings.
He has trained RBTs, parents, and caregivers on behavior plans, and has created study material for people preparing for the BCBA and BCaBA exams. He holds an M.A. in Special Education and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
